GCE/GCSE exams summer 2020

11 May 2020 – 24 June 2020

The JCQ designated national exam contingency day for 2020 is 24 June 2020 and candidates must ensure that they are available to sit exams up to and including this date, should the need arise.

Candidates and their parents/carers are advised not to book holidays to commence until after 24 June 2020.

If you miss an exam you will not be able to sit it on another day.  If you are unable to sit an exam through illness you should telephone the school immediately (01284) 761393 and notify the Examinations Officer.  Candidates who miss an exam will be required to complete a self-certification form.  You may also be asked to provide a letter from your doctor.  If you do not have a genuine reason for missing an exam you will be charged for the cost of that exam.
