Your role
We are looking for someone to manage our Alternative Provision within school, supporting a variety of students with Social, Emotional & Mental Health needs.
You will promote a positive learning environment for our students to ensure positive outcomes for all.

Your responsibilities
The key area will be removing any barriers to our students learning, creating personalised plans dependent on the individual.
You will be an advocate for these students working together with other staff, parents/carers and external agencies.

You will need:

  • Ideally experience of working in a Pupil Referral Unit setting, or supporting young people often with complex Social, Emotional & Mental Health needs
  • Good organisational skills
  • Excellent communication at all levels
